New Hampshire Political Library – Franklin Pierce Manse

Scope and Areas of Work: For this project, the owner had a barn attached to the existing building that they wanted entirely renovated. In order to gain access to the second floor of the barn, the connector roof had to be removed and a new wall and roof structure built. All of the windows were removed and new custom Marvin windows installed. The siding needed to be removed at the window and some door locations and siding put back to match. The structure was spray foam insulated. All new Electrical and Mechanical including a new bathroom were installed. Specialty casework with presentation lighting was included. All of the carpentry work was completed by Turnstone. This was a great project and the results are fantastic.
